Our Business Retirement Plan Design Services
FJC & Associates will perform annual administration for all qualified pension plans including, 401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, Cross Tested, and Defined Benefit designs. Base services include:
- Discrimination Testing with reference to IRC sections 401(k), 401(m), 410(b), and Top Heavy.
- Preparation of the annual Form 5500 and Summary Annual Report.
- Tracking of vesting percentages as pertains to employer contributions.
- Annual allocation of employer matching, profit sharing, and plan forfeitures as needed.
- Any phone consultation that is required to ensure the plan is being administered in accordance with the plan document and IRS regulations.
